Jeffrey was great. First he squeezed me in (expired sticker/reg) saved my you know what. Then called me on needed service while I was out “test driving” some big, roughed, good looking sales manager’s (I think his name was Roger) beautiful demo with Fox News on the radio (that was different) who said I owed him $$$ (bad stock tip) funny he never listened to me all the times I’ve been there before), then Jeffrey found more time to do what was needed, called me again to say it was ready. Then after I came back he found me in the dealership, gave me my keys, politely asked for a couple of signatures (actually brought the repair order to me), gave me a copy, then showed me where my truck was, inside the drive warm and toasty as it was snowing out, thanked me for coming in, said it had been a pleasure taking care of me and my truck, and finally wished me & my family Happy Holidays, and left me with this if you need any more help, just let me know. Good service, no extraordinary service, quick, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, made me feel special (you too Roger, don’t worry it is a Chinese used car company, maybe if you could give them a call and straighten things out a little we’d come back). Bottom line , Ford’s going to hear from me….all good. Best to all, yeah I do miss every part of the “Big D”. I’ll always be proudly blowing your ship’s horn. RBR

I scheduled my 10,000 miles service appointment the day before, and from the very first contact, James Green was helpful and kind.
He assisted me with the time adjustment in the system. Since the recall appointment, my car was often changing the date and time by itself.
James successfully updated my cell information in the system, and now I receive AUDI text messages in my cell instead of my work cell.
