Service was terrible I brought my car to get fixed and it took two months for the part to come in and then they said my car would be done half of day and it took them over nite to return my car and not even a hr after I got my vehicle back the engine light which I brought it for in the first place came back on and I called back and told them and haven’t heard from them since I feel extremely disrespected and treated unfairly for no reason and won’t be interested in using Audi for anything in the future

I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 am this morning to have 4 winter tires mounted and balanced. Two solid hours to mount and balance 4 tires. I scheduled the appointment that early so I’d still be to work on time. Needless to say I was late for my 9:30 start due to the long appointment. Excuses after excuses as to why it took that long. 2 solid hours to mount and balance 4 wheels. Unbelievable!
