A customer before me was waiting on her vehicle to be washed before it was released. I witnessed it and heard a representative tell her that her car was up next for a wash. I noticed my truck wasn’t washed and asked about it. I even offered to pay for a wash but Andrew lied to me and stated the car wash was closed at the time. I had just paid $1,000 out of pocket for repairs (as I do ever time I have my vehicle in your shop) I at least should’ve gotten my vehicle washed like the two customers before me.
