Liam goes above and beyond every time I have an appt. This time it was an urgent situation and he fully accommodated me! My vehicle had one issue after another and when he called to update me, he was always professional, very kind and understanding. He is a true asset to the service dept!!!! My only suggestion would be that the waiting area provide a better assortment of healthy snacks/beverages and charging stations for phones, lap tops I pads etc. This is most important for those customers that, like myself for this service call, are in the building for several hours.
