I showed up at Darlings without an appointment looking to see if I could get an oil change for my 2021 F250. Jeff took excellent care of me and was able to fit me in. He is excellent at his job. As long as Jeff is there I will keep coming back. Darlings needs more Jeff Schencks on their service team.

Made a specific appointment Tuesday at 10 AM to fix the key programming that they did and it’s not working quickly while I waited. Not only did they say when I showed up right on time that they weren’t ready and I had to leave the car and go pay for a rental because no loaners were available, but also not until the next day at 4 o’clock they called me and said oh we haven’t even gotten to your car we had to wait for another machine mechanic. Total waste of time and I need reimbursed for the rental and Uber and my wasted time. If you set up an appointment you have to have people ready to go and fix it right away my time is very valuable I’m not interested in excuses given about broken commitments and poor customer service thank you

I was not told that I would be charged $150 to check a fluid leak on my transmission. I would not have done this had I known that. I also asked to have my car washed which was not done, not a big deal but after charging me $257 for an oil change I feel that was the very least you could have done.
