My visit today didn't go exactly as expected. Turns out it was better. I believe William and I have a similar appreciation of cars. I have a bit of anxiety about letting someone else work on my cars. William understood my concerns and put Kyle on the task. I'm very happy, you'd never know Kyle even touched the car. Furthermore, William went well out of his way to clear up some confusion I had over my new key just to make sure I was still happy with my purchase. Absolutely stunned.
