Dropped my car off at 9:20, was told I would get a text when it is done. After 2 hours, I got a text it is still being worked on. Finally, an hour later it was ready but my paperwork wasn’t ready so I had to keep waiting because my tech was nowhere to be found. Over 3 hours for a simple oil change is laughable. This and not having my oil topped off after my last oil change is all I needed to get my car serviced elsewhere.

I stopped in and asked if the parts were in? I was told yes. I said I need to make an appointment, Jon told me I already have an appointment on the 12th of August, first thing. I was in the shop before 7:30 am. Imagine my surprise when Jon told me I didn’t have an appointment. He told me they would try to work it in and they did. I was out of there before 10:00. This repair start to finish took 2 months. I was told the parts they installed on the 5th of July was defective. Every delay was a different excuse. Parts delay, shortage of techs, no appointments, etc. From now on Darlings will be a last resort.
