Tony is a very personable young man and takes his job seriously. He is very pleasant to deal with and listens closely to you when you are speaking with him. He wants to make sure he is getting it right. That is pretty uncommon in this day and time. My service person, William, did not call me back when he said he would at least 3 times. I always gave him a day or two and I had to call him. He was a little sarcastic at one point after I told him that he didn’t call me back when he said he would.
