The problem that the vehicle was brought if is still not repaired. It has front end noise on the passenger side. 2nd time in and $6000.00 later and the problem remains, if the tech would have taken a test drive he would have heard it right away.

I was told when I arrived that they were arguing outback who is responsible for dealing with me I then waited 15 minutes next to my car for someone to come out and tell me what the plan was. Not what I call a “good first service visit” for someone whom purchased a warranty item on her new VW Taos. The young man whom came to greet me felt uncomfortable as well.

Emissions light is now on. Wasn’t before. They did an “inspection” but didn’t notice the bad breaks? Shifter cable was never looked at. They said they ran the computer on it, but there’s a known transmission problem that didn’t come up. They said the ABS warning light was reset. The ABS light and tractions control (along with the emissions light) were on when I got in it. Breaks grinding. What did I pay $800 for? Super super SUPER unhappy.

Jaylene was very helpful my car was towed in on Saturday and asked if possible if I could get it back later that day.
