The service was excellent even though it was longer than I expected. I would recommend that a new rim company for refinishing be contracted. The rims look great but they appeared not to be reliable in keeping their appointments.

Everything went well except we have damage on the grill after the service appointment was completed. When I reviewed the car with the consultant prior to, there was no visible damage, but there was after when I got home. It appears to be some kind of bend on the grill near a slot on the left when looking at the q7 as if it was pulled with a tool or by hand and deformed. I have pictures as well. I hope this can be fixed somehow.
