I have no issue with Gerald as a person, I just know that if circumstances were different, previously in the same field, things may have been more hectic.. I am satisfied with the resolution, and all that assisted. I came in fully accountable with a deep understanding of the business. With that being said,this experience was an area of opportunity on both ends.

This is my second time with Tony and he is wonderful. Tony has given me better customer service than I ever received at Audi in Orlando. He went the extra mile to get me in a loaner vehicle during the weekend while my car was being worked on.
