My tires were rotated during my visit. After leaving the dealership, my tire pressure indicator light came on. I called the dealer's service department and was reassured that it was probably just not reset after the tires were rotated. It was a minor issue but unsettling since I had a two hour drive back home and didn't want to have a tire issue on the road.

My wife and I, both Audi drivers, are always in good hands when Manny is involved in our visits to Audi of Monterey. Funny enough, it was Manny who actually was proactive following a recent conversation, who mentioned the new S-8, and that he could basically get the ball rolling to find a beautiful new one for me. Manny recalls that before my Etron GT RS that I currently drive,I drove a couple of S-8’s of which I really liked and in fact, prefer over my Etron GT RS that I’m driving.

Sidney was very helpful and efficient with his service to me. If this question was about his overall service the answer would be unequivocally YES. However, Audi Monterey as a business chooses to charge over $200 for an oil change. This is completely outrageous and unreasonable and after servicing my car there since I purchased there in 2018, I will most likely never do it again.Please do not ask Sidney to contact me regarding this survey, it should be someone in the management team as they are the ones responaible for the prices charged for service
