I understand that your techs need to service a vehicle in a timely fashion, but they should also return it in the same fashion that it was received. Ex. Returning seats, vents, mirrors and such back and if the vehicle is washed not to give it back to the customer with bird droppings.

Drew, We were curious about why our quoted tire rotation of $49.95 plus tax ($53.45) went to a total of $60.39. Even the total sent to me if I were to pay before pickup was $53.45. Complicated situation. Car sold by out of state dealer though purchase made in Maine. The car was not equipped with the proper plate holder and customer ends up being the one to pay. Not fair as I paid all taxes and fees to purchase in Maine and this is not a car that could be purchased in Maine though I tried. Regardless it is not right but I don’t expect Liam has any fault in this.

Everything was great, except… on my way home (I assume because the tires were rotated), I got a low tire pressure alarm. When I got home, I checked the tire pressures and all were normal. So, apparently a sensor issue. We have had this happen on two previous occasions after service appointments. Can you advise on how to reset? We live somewhere far from the dealership… Thanks

My initial experience with Jacky was good and we had confidence in him. He kept me informed about the evaluation of the problems diagnosed but in the end, I was frustrated with the lack of coordination of my repairs so that I had 3 different infusions of oil prior to an oil change. I also had two different additions of coolant on two different repairs that should have been coordinated. I was promised a deduction for the cost of the third day of car rental when two days was estimated but I didn’t get it. I did have a coupon for $100 off and this was applied and Jacky gave me some cash credit for the extra oil used, but overall I didn’t have a good sense of value. I also can’t understand the labor cost that is greater than the hourly rate I was paid as a physician.
