I appreciated the newly added transparency with the service via the video and the service advisor himself. In the past, I felt like the advisors would push services not necessarily needed just to make a sale and the information that they used to back up their recommendations was untruthful and misleading. Today’s visit was a breath of fresh air compared to prior visits.

We had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation.
Service manager stated that they couldn’t locate the wheel lock in our glove box, so they couldn’t do the tire rotation at this time. Once the oil change was complete and I got back into our vehicle, I opened the glove box to look for the wheel lock and immediately located it visually, as there was very little in the glove box other than a couple straws and napkins. Seeing as they were quite busy, it felt as though they were just trying to come up with an excuse to save time by not performing all of our scheduled service.

I was informed my vehicle would be ready in 1 1/2 hours for an oil change.
I attempted to pick up the vehicle 3 hours later and the vehicle was not even
touched. I was given an excuse but no excuse is valid. A gift card should have been offered or free oil change for the inconvenience and false statement.

The loaner car was very dirty inside. Dashboard, seats. It smelled like ashtray. I had to clean the seats so my wife and kid can sit. Sticky stains from drinks by the gear shifter. Hairs on the floor. Very disappointed. However. ... the servuce from Sion was good.

The issue still exists, and I took a picture of the system failure again after being at the facility this past Monday.
I recommend a pre-sense replacement because the engineer could not fix the issue, and going to the Lakeland facility is an issue while working.
