I brought my truck in at 10:40am 3/6/2023. My appointment was at 11am. They said it would be checked over right away and they'd give me a call. "Probably about 1-2hours and we'll give you a call" it was 2pm no call. So I called them. "Um yea let me check on the status" 5mintues waiting..."I'll give you a call back within 20Mintues" NO CALL. I then called at 5pm and all the service tech guys went home. The nice lady said she'd leave a message for them to call me right away in the morning. 3/7/2023 I had a good feeling no one was gonna call me so I called at 9am. Then after being on hold for 45 mintues. They tell me they haven't looked at it yet! Then at 4:07pm they call telling me it's done. They said it's the front differential in 4wd very noisy. Ummmm no its very noisy in 2wd. They gave my service paper at 4:37pm when I picked it up. They wrote on there I said it's noisy when I brake. Which is not what I said at all. Then they quoted me $3000.00 which I'm sure if it is the differential and labor I belive it costs that much. But for not having my vechical done in the same day and no phone calls and a piece of paper stating something I didn't say. I wasted $170 for literally nothing because I'm pretty sure and so is my fiance and dad that I need to have it checked by someone who's more reliable. Because the sound that it's making does not add up to be the differential in 2wd!

No one told me it would be $1000 to fix my van. I would have said No had I known. The only cost I approved was $190 to diagnose.
