My previous visit for service was not satisfactory. At the time I left the service department following today's visit, I was feeling satisfied with the service performed. However, after reviewing the paperwork at home, I became frustrated. I wish that someone would have "walked me through" the checkmarks on the Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection sheet, as I would have liked to have more information and would have asked questions, given the opportunity. Also, the video emailed to me was not helpful in that there was no audio explanation of what was being shown, and the visual gave no indication of anything unusual. In addition, I asked the service writer who did the "walk-around" to give me a sheet with the cost of the maintenance procedures needed to be done so I could make a follow-up appointment. He then told me that he had the costs written on a sheet, but that information was not included in the paperwork given to me at the end of the appointment. Thank you.

Since our main point of contact no longer works at Johnson, we were looking for other service providers in the area. After coming back to Johnson, its clear that you have a higher standard of care and customer service. The only piece of feedback I have is that the last two times I have been there, the status of my tire pressures are marked green. But when I check them in the vehicle, once of my tires is low.
Other than that, I am happy with the service.
