The staff is always respectful and kind. It was great to get a ride home then have my vehicle delivered when the work was completed. As a fairly recent widow it’s nice to know I will always be treated well and service does their best to help me out. I always recommend Johnson Motors. Thank you so much!

My appointment was at 7:45 am which I was on time and I didn’t get out there till after 10am! For an oil change and put 2 new tires on. Tour service guy told me the mechanic working on my truck had to wait to use tire machine since there is only one. My suggestion is don’t schedule more than one vehicle tire change per time slot even though my truck was in there 15 minutes prior to the other vehicle I know this because the person was sitting next to me in waiting room. Next problem I called for price on tires and your parts guy said that they would match price so when I go to pay my bill you tried to charge my your price until I caught it. Then your service manager gave me a $10 off coupon with somebody else name on it, I don’t receive those coupons even though I have been a customer there since Johnson motors has been there, also have bought new vehicles from Johnson in St Croix falls and New Richmond.
