I took my Honda in for the airbag recall for the third time. They tried to upsell me which I kind of understand bbc they are probably told to do that. I declined. Then after a couple of hours I get a phone call and I thought it was 9th Ave., Honda calling to say my car was ready but it was a phone call from Honda trying to sell me a new car. Not cool at all. Then on top of that I get my car back and they say that they do that 10 point check system they check your fluids, air tire pressure, brake lights etc. they basically lied. They didn’t do that & I know this because I went in with a right rear brake light out & they said they did the basic checklist. They said nothing about the brake light so I know they didn’t do the c checklist. I feel like they figured they’re not gonna make a bunch of money off of me so why do it. This is really disappointing because I had taken my Honda there before and had good service & trusted them. Now, I’ve lost that trust and am so disappointed bc I thought I had found a trustworthy service center, which is hard to do but no more.

They couldn’t duplicate the problem and didn’t resolve the AC/defroster issue, but said to bring the car back when the problem occurred again to try and troubleshoot and fix it in real-time.
