Few things:
I took in the car an hour earlier than the appointment I had made, and Kevin was totally cool with it.
He had initially quoted me an estimate for the maintenance, but by the time I picked it up, he had applied a coupon to make it cheaper than what he had initially estimated. Which was super nice.

The issue that I came to the shop for is still there, sadly. After I picked up the car and drove to my son's school, we experienced it on the way home. (Rattling/revving engine when I brake on a hill especially, and quick 'check engine' light flicker. Then back to normal).
I'm also confused by the fact that it says that my oil is at 100% (did I get an oil change too while it was there? OR was that just reset? It had been at 60% when I entered the garage). Thanks.
