Vic was very helpful. I had originally went t the 7th ave. location and had maintenance A done. But their was an additional service light on and Tyrone who is the service advisor couldn’t remedy it. So he advised me t to take it to the Folsom St location and I had met Vic . He told me he also never seen this message on my dashboard before . He said they can look at it, by this time it was about 9:45 am and said I would have to leave the Van there until 6:00pm. I decided to wait in the waiting room and around 10: 30 am he told me my vehicle was ready. I just want to say that Vic was extremely professional and courteous. Somehow he knew I didn’t want to stay there the whole day and got me back my vehicle within one hour. Big thanks again to Vic.
