The parts and labor are very expensive, just for a change the starte cost me 900 dollars, it was too expensive, the car was a little defective because I have exchanged many parts.

Overall I am satisfied with how my car turned out. What I was not completely satisfied was with the communication in general with the 2 first service advisors. I don't think that I had to have to hunt down the service manager in order to get some updates on my car. I will say that I really appreciate the fact that Jim went above and beyond once my ticket landed on his desk. Once that happened everything ran like clock work.
