I was very happy with the service that I got. Mr. Wilson was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and did everything to have a rental ready for me and to order the parts that my car needed it was great I love Honda.

My oil change at Goudy Honda was free last time and I was told it was covered by my warranty. I wish I hadn’t received this false information. I can in today for another oil change and was charged over 80 dollars. I could have taken it somewhere else for cheeper but didn’t want to waste my trip. I would have appreciated the correct information when I first came in and will change my oil elsewhere in the future.

Idk if it was the times or if it was because I’m gay but ur service guy mike was a total jerk to me and my mother who spoke to him on the phone completely unprofessional didn’t answer my question failed to tell me about a nail in my tire and didn’t really offer me any help when I asked he repeated ur o my in for an oil change line if I k ew I had a nail in my tires I would bought a new tires with u guys but his bad attitude with not only me but my mother I said I better go else where 0 customer service with mike flog and seem angry
