I appreciate that your team was able to diagnose and replace the starter.
But the labor charge for a single repair was $705, which appears significantly above industry standard.
From my research — including Honda OEM guidance and local shop estimates — starter replacements for this vehicle are typically billed at 1.5 to 2.5 labor hours, totaling roughly $250–$450 at prevailing hourly rates. I did not see any additional diagnostics, wiring work, or reprogramming itemized on the invoice that might explain the additional time.
If this was an overbilling, I would like to request a refund or "goodwill adjustment."
The labor charge was more than 1.5 times the cost of the part.

I appreciate the fact that Chastity attempted to accommodate me and what I had to pay to replace my tire. She initially said there would be no prorated price for the tire, but came back later and retracted that statement. To me that told me that she put my need first, and I appreciate her effort to accommodate me as a customer.
