The last step of getting my car is ridiculous. I understand you have Christmas lunch. But I was not informed ahead of time. When Jose told me wait outside someone will bring my car out. It took me more than 30 minutes back and forth to find out where is my car. Luckily, one of the staff willing to help me out. I found out my key is hanging Jose’s desk. No one helped drive my car out to the area I was waiting. I have to ask the stated to help. Even cashier office is not helping out while waiting outside because they are eating lunch. She said give her five minutes. But after additional 20 minutes still no one help out. That is why I have to find someone willing to help.
