Some improvement needed. Poor communication and lack of coordination. Was told vehicle would be ready this morning.Neil said he would be off today, but an associate would call me in the morning. Nobody did, so I called around noon. After beening on hold several minutes, I was told after 4 pm. Received a text message after 4:30 to pick up vehicle. I had requested to return all parts that were changed out. Also, Neil said that the cost of all repairs would not exceed. $1500 out the door. Invoice was$1541. Cashier made adjustments after getting approval. Was able to talk to Jim, the service manager,about the vehicle repairs and that was helpful.But the answers I am looking for may only be answered by Honda engineering. Just before leaving, I checked to see if the removed parts were in the car. Unfortunately, no. The cashier had to contact someone and the parts were finally brought out in a box. The service dept was shutting down with lights turned off. The cashier left by the time I got the parts. Overall, the process could have been more efficient.
