I was not satisfied with my experience at the Alhambra location, i was told my vehicle was ready and waited 20 minutes for car to be brought and no car i than went back to see cashier and when they asked on speaker for my car they joked around saying No, i than was told to wait back outside which was another ten minutes and was asked by the associate Wilson if i had my keys which I answered no because why would i have my keys if it was being serviced, i than waited another 20 minutes while they looked for my keys because they were lost . I should’ve at-least been offered a discount for loss of my time and stress. Overall not a good customer service at this location.
