Mr. Ishii was very courteous and helpful. He explained the services my car needed and the cost of those services before the work and when I picked-up my car he went through the completed work. He also went through the recommendation of windshield wipers, which triggered a memory of the driver's side wiper not working properly when it last rained. Mr. Ishii directed me to the parts dept and told me if they could not replace the wipers to come back to him and he would take care of it. As it happened there was only one person at the parts dept so after purchasing the wipers, I returned to Mr. Ishii and he put the new wipers on my car. I appreciated his professionism and kindness. Great job! Thank you!
