My car was estimated to be ready by 1pm. I did not receive any update until I had to call in at around 4:13pm. Then I received a call back at 4:38 only telling me that he had to check with the mechanic to see if my car was ready for pick up or asked if I can pickup the next day? Which I couldn’t and needed it the same day. I then received a call back at 4:50 saying my car will be ready for pickup by 5:30. When I arrived to pickup car I was told to see the person helping me. But then found out he was gone for the day. A kind woman helped me and I felt so bad as I wasn’t told they close at 5:30. It was now around 5:45. I feel that communication could have been better from this experience. I waited all day wondering if my car was ready for pickup?

My vehicle is Hondacrv 2018 model with an actual mileage of 27,700. In my vehicle service setting it says I will only need to have Oil and Filter change and Tire Rotation. But instead the advisor done was Oil and Filter change,Tire Rotation, Alignment and Brake oil change. Instead of spending only an estimate of $200 but instead i ended up paying $590.I dont like it because i felt i was taken advantage. As much as possible never bring back my vehicle to Goudy Honda. Bad for business!!!
