Dane is an amazing example of what amazing customer service means. I usually don’t write reviews but today experience was different. Dane made sure I was attendant in a promptly manner. He inspected my vehicle came around and asked me what I needed. He then offered me a couple of extra services that I needed so I agreed to do so. He made small talk about my favorite basketball team which I truly appreciated and turns out we went to the same elementary. Made my whole day after coming from Downey Honda World and being rejected for not having an appointment. Dane sure made sure to make things better. I also noticed he had a 30 year plaque on his desk so my hats off to him. Keep doing amazing!
