Leo was great in helping me understand what was wrong with my car. I find out that my truck had a problem with the battery and was having trouble starting. He gave me the price of a new Honda battery which was higher than usual ($240), but he gave me a discount which was cool. He was friendly and courteous. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Brought my car last year with around 30’000 miles to replace a/c compressor and condenser !!!! Honda Goudy took care of it ????… Now , 10’000 later the evaporator needed to be replaced!!!!! I think I bought a lemon !! A 40’000 miles car had a defective compressor AND condenser AND evaporator?????? Bought 3 Hondas there , NEVER Honda again . Will buy Toyota. Your dealership helped us with the bill , 70% Honda , 30% me . Wilson and the service manager did a great job , Honda on the other hand …… sold my a piece of s..t car . Will see if I have to come back with another problem with the a/c with 50’000 miles … NEVER Honda again , Honda should have paid 100% !!!! Using crap parts in the a/c , being sued for that too !!!! My husband bought 2 accords ( Peter Schaub) you can check it . He too will buy a Toyota Camry as a next car , I’m gonna get an Corolla …. No a/c problems there with 30’000-40’000 miles for sure !!!

I dropped off my car a night before drop keys in drop box so it can be there ready to work in the morning. My car was not fixed. All the car service dept did was tested the battery and that was it. I lost a day of work because I wasn’t provided with a loaner car and service dept was not successful finding the problem. Now I have to bring the car back for 2-3 days so they can try to find the issue. Very disappointed!
