Please provide more help when customers express concerns with the oil dilution issue with the Honda Earth Dreams 1.5 liter turbo engine. It is easy to identify as measuring the amount of oil being replaced will be higher than the required amount.

Dane quickly understood my service visit was the last one before expiration of my comprehensive three year Hondacare service plan, although mileage on Ridgeline was less than half of the allowed 36,000 miles. He arranged to get all services included that are based on elapsed time rather than strictly mileage. My thanks to him for working through his management to get Hondacare authorization for more than just oil change and tire rotation.

Neil was awesome!! No problem there! The issue was that our Accord daily was making a loud ticking noise constantly and of course when we got the vehicle there, nothing was detected as the car was quiet. Waste of time!
