I took my car in for 1B oil service. Omar was courteous, friendly and explained the importance of other maintenance work my 2012 Accord must have. I was unable to have the work done on this visit but will take my car in very soon to have the needed work done. I liked that Omar was not pushy. He quoted the price of the work will cost and an estimate of the time it will take.

Had an appointment and still waited 1hr 30min for oil change. They should honor appointments then take walk ins. Non appointment was seen before than. They should consider doing a waiting area in the service department.Not only prioritized sales waiting area.
