Ivan Castro and Jim Sellheim were amazing to work with. They are extremely helpful and professional and strived to make sure the issues with my Accord were addressed and that I was taken care of. Their customer service was excellent and they prioritized and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. Honda has great employees with Ivan and Jim taking the lead.
