Ivan has been great. He is friendly and has provided great communication. Couple of things I found that has not been on par. When I went to cashier my paper work wasn’t there and instead of calling or paging for the paperwork to be given to them the person there told me to go and see Ivan for the paperwork. I had to wait because he wasn’t there and then a lady came to assist me after a while. The other is that when I got my car back it wasn’t washed. The area outside of my car where they worked looked like it was all splattered. I have been inconvenienced from having issues that I shouldn’t have with my brand new car the least that can happen is that the service can be impeccable from beginning to end.
