Mr Chi Wing Wilson Yu was very helpful, cordial and professional. He was polite and also helped me as quick as I wished. At time of pickup, he explained to me all service recommendations the car needed, underlining the urgent ones. He then not only responded all my questions, explaining different parts of the engine with confidence, but was able to suggest me few different options I had. He was never “pushy” unlike other service experiences I had in the past, never “fake” but sincere and yet professional. Definitely 5 stars, hands down. Great Job!
