Andy is very professional and great listener to my issue on the car. I took the car next day after purchased due to system update they stated it’s been fixed but when I got home it pop back up. I called Honda again and they said to just ignore it saying that my car do not have navigation for any updates but will work on it on my first service which was 5 months later. Which was quite annoying having a pop up each time we drove the car for 5 months. I’m glad this time Andy was able to assist with this issue and knows what was the issue to update the system. I’m glad I was able to work with Andy.
