I came in for my B13 service, but when I picked up my car it showed I had a B1 service code and wondered why I was not informed while they were doing the B13 service or were the items on B13 on in the same on the B1 service?
I was also disappointed I was not asked if I had any coupons or discounts since your disclaimer says you must show it prior to the service. Not a very friendly way to show your customers that you care! I hope you remedy this.

The only negative thing I noticed when I took the car delivery after servicing that the front windshield had been sprayed with the sprinkler and wipers, and the front windshield was a smeared mess when I left driving off the lot I had to clean it when I got home myself, that probably should’ve been caught before it came to me to take home Other than that all was good
