Omar was helpful in the morning when I went to drop my vehicle off. He was communicative and answered my questions. When I came to pick up my vehicle, his demeanor was completely different. He had a nasty attitude toward me and offered no solution to the issue I showed him regarding the condition of my vehicle which was not present when I brought it in for service. He was defensive, unprofessional, and rude, storming off telling me he had proved his point. I asked a manager about the same issue who offered a resolution quickly and without hesitation. Omar, your presence was jarring and unsatisfactory.

Yes, but there was a major problem: I had an appointment for 11:00am and didn't get the car back until 5:10pm. Six hours waiting!!! Had never experienced a major time delay like this before. Dissastisfied for that reason.

I had very good service experience with other service consultants before at Goudy. But this time Ivan helped me with the service, and I’m not very happy with the service he provided. When I asked him about something to make sure I understood him, he responded back saying I already told you. This attitude is unacceptable because I don’t understand something and just wanted some clarification. I alway brought my cars to Goudy for service, but this time I didn’t get it. Other service consultants that had helped me before made sure my problems were taken care off and helped me beyond expectations. But not this time with Ivan.
