1. Initial interaction with associated was cold and it made me feel as if my request for service was an inconvenience
2. Before proper paperwork was complete and before I agreed to the services suggested my car was taken to the garage not allowing me to take my personal belongings
3. Associate did not inform me of the wait time despite me informing him I’d be waiting for the vehicle at goudy.
4. Associate did not offer Honda shuttle and while waiting 2 hours for my vehicle I received no updates.
5. Once service was complete and payment was made I was told to wait for my vehicle in the waiting area. I waited for thirty minutes and finally when I went to make line to speak to a respreawntative I realized my car was outside with the windows down keys in the car and no one bothered to inform me.
Horrible service considering to never use goudy as my service location
