Need to honor customer appointments at all times, which they are pretty good at but when you have personal telling you that every one have appointments is false advertisement. That persons name is (Sal). I told him why was he lying to me, he said he wasn’t lying. I ask to see the appointment list and it was denied to me. Honor the appointments and please put a visual list so people don’t get lied to again. Thank you

Daniel Tiue is attentive with my concerns and worked with it professionally. I would Lalas like to commend the staff who approached me while I was in the car and offered me a bottle of water however the lady in the front reception area sounds very condescending when I asked if I can get a can of soda. The experienced could have been a perfect 10 customer service wise but get tainted with one single person.
