Dropped off car for the recall repair @ 8:30am. Check in was fine. I was told it would probably take until 4 pm for the repair service and that I would be contacted when the recall repair was completed. I never received a confirmation that my car was ready. At around 4 pm I called my service rep 4 TIMES and never got through! I left a message to return my call and he never responded! I called the main service department number and was transferred to somebody else. This also went to message and this person NEVER CALLED ME BACK! At 5pm I had NO IDEA if my car was ready.I decided to return to the Goudy location. I found my service rep with his feet up at his counter talking to another employee. He had no idea who I was. I had to inform him that he was my service representative for the last year and just saw him this morning! Then he couldn't find my paper work which was lying right next to him at his station. I asked why he hadn't informed me when my car was ready. He claimed that he had called but was unable to leave a message. However, my message service was working fine at the time and he could have easily texted me. This is not an acceptable excuse. I am extremely disappointed with this unprofessional experience at a company that guarantees complete satisfaction.

I trust David with our car. We are senior 78 yrs old we need someone we can trust. Will only allow him to take care of us.

I was very happy with Leo! He was very friendly and took care if my needs. At first he said a part needed was not in and he would let me know when it came in. He called me a while later to let me know the parr was in stock and it would take a little longer to finish the repair. Was only a hr more needed ????????
