I dropped off my vehicle on 03/13/2026 for maintenance. Before I dropped off my vehicle for maintenance, I had no issues with my car. I got a message from Wilson Yu saying that my car neads oil pan reseal and lower torque mount needed to be replaced. Mr. Wilson Yu messaged me on Saturday 03/15/2026 to pick up my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle on 03/14/2026, 5 minutes from driving it, and noticed it was making a sound whenever I pressed on the gas in which it never did before. Took my car back to the dealership, and the mechanic test drive it with me (only one lap around the street) and told me it was my axles and that it was normal. I kept hearing the same noise in my car all weekend so I brought my car on Monday 03/16/2026, and told the advisor Mr. David about the sound (I recorded the sound it was making in my car and Mr. David heard and he agreed that the sound in my car is not supposed to happen). So I left my car at the goudy Honda on Monday 03/16/2026. Mr. Wilson Yu calls me that same Monday and told me that my front axles gave out and need to be replaced. Mr Wilson Yu told me that the axle replacement will be covered under my warranty and that my car should be ready on Tuesday 03/17/2025. When I went on Tuesday 03/17/2026 to pick up my car, already five minutes of me driving my car, it was still making same sound. I went back instantly to goudy Honda and told Mr. Wilson Yu about the sound and showed him the video where you can here the sound the car was making. Mr. Wilson Yu asked the main (master) mechanic to check my car. The main mechanic agreed with me and said that he also heard the sound. The main mechanic told me the mechanic (his coworker)who resealed my oil pan and lower torque mount, he moved/folded another part (in my vehicle) (in which he was not suppose to do) and it was hitting another part, hence it was making the sound when I was driving. Mr . Wilson Yu was informed about it. I did not get an apology from the Mr. Wilson Yu which it was very unprofessional. I would like this to be documented.
