After my recall was taken in Saturday , they called me to pick up my car and I went for it they told me all was well. I drove my car home and didn’t use it until Sunday in the morning and while I was on the freeway with my family my car started to make weird sounds and different lights sensors showing up on my dashboard my car then make a pop noise and my hood kind of popped up smoke was coming out and I am really scared overall with this situation. My car wouldn’t drive and I had to get it towed back to the dealer. My car was fine before I took it in for this recall, I need answers asap. I will be going to the dealer tomorrow morning.

My car did not pass smog yesterday, I drove immediately to your service center. I walked up to your service center and Daniel assisted me. I showed him the smog test rejection and we discussed the problem. Daniel explained what a diagnostic check would be, if I choose to proceed with repairs that cost of diagnostic check would be applied as a credit to the total bill. I left my car there at the service center and received a text from Daniel about the cost of repairs, I text him back I approve and low and behold the repairs were completed in less than than 24 hours. Now that is service! I pu Jed up my car, I passed smog and all is great.
