I emailed Daniel weeks before coming in, and he was very detailed in providing quotes for the maintenance my car needed. I showed up today at 11:30 am, and he was able to accommodate my requests for an oil change, transmission oil service, tire rotation, and cabin filter change.
Rather than wait around for the estimated five hours, I planned to head home (two miles away), and he kindly offered to have the receptionist coordinate a ride home for me. Within five minutes, I was on a Lyft on my way home. I was truly impressed by the level of service I received today and look forward to my next service!

Your technician did not properly replace the bottom plastic guard after changing the oil. It fell off as we were driving to San Diego the next day. It was dragging on the freeway. This is the second time in a row that this has happened and will be the last time we will be going to your shop for service.

Omar did a fine job but he was at lunch when I picked up my car and the paperwork was missing the report from the alignment department showing how much adjustment was necessary. The person who helped me said the report was missing and couldn’t be reprinted. I later called Omar and asked about it and he was able to send me a copy of the report. Omar was very helpful and polite.
