The final invoice was different from the initial estimate provided me at the time I dropped off my car. I left your dealership feeling unsure. The more I thought about it the more I felt I probably have been cheated. I don't trust the advisor David. I plan to call your dealership on Monday to file a complaint.

Wilson Yu is a really knowledgable and awesome service advisor. Our Honda civic AC was broken and we were struggling to find an honest dealer to help us. Wilson did us a solid favor of explaining the situation and possible cost through the phone BEFORE we came in, he is also able to schedule a same day condenser replacement by request.
Highly recommended Wilson and will definitely come back to service my 2 Hondas.
