First, while we were talking to the service rep a mechanic was yelling at a guy like a crazy person - very unprofessional. Second, the service rep Frank forgot about us. We waited over 3 hours to get called, I had to go to another guy to ask for an update because Frank didn’t pick up his phone when I called. I’ve been getting my car serviced at Goudy for almost 3 years now and I must say that this experience was pretty disappointing.
