I had a 9:00 appointment time to have my car’s starter looked at again, and did not leave the service center until 2:00. I understand that sometimes things take longer than expected, but 5 hours for a 2 hour starter replacement job?? And $375 for labor on a 2 hour job seems a bit excessive! I have brought my vehicles to the Honda Service Center for 20 years but am not sure I will continue to do so.
