While everyone at the dealership was friendly, when I arrived it seemed a bit unclear as to where I was to go/stay and what was happening. I had an oil change appointment for 5:30, and was not done until just before 6:30, which is just fine except there was no indication of how long it would take. I felt like the attendant tried to upsell me, and then told me they would wash my car as part of the service but did not do so. He also confused me with someone else and when I tried to check out this caused a delay and a little confusion between several people as I was not ‘Priscilla.’ They found subsequently the correct paperwork and I was able to pay and leave.
