This is the second time I have had horrible customer experience at Spreen Honda. I have a leak in both my compressor and condenser. When I first came in to get diagnosed, both parts were under warranty but Honda did not have the parts in stock. By the time I came back, only one of the parts was still under warranty. Ramy said the other part would cost me "well over $1,350." I tried to explain that I had been there before when both were under warranty but Ramy continuously shut me down and would not let me explain. He was dismissive and rude. He asked me to check the notice I received in the mail about the warranty extension instead of trying to help me. When I asked for the number for Honda's corporate office, he gave me the number to another dealership (undoubtedly because he thought I wouldn't actually call and just wanted to get me away from his desk). I will never purchase another car from Spreen and I will definitely not recommend the dealership to anyone. As a reference, here is the complaint number I placed with the corporate office: 12445547.

My labor charge was expensive for the amount of time the car was actually being worked on. $223.00 for a set of windshield wipers and installation of that part was excessive.
