Extremely disappointed! Between two separate Honda dealerships, Palmdale Honda and the Loma Linda Honda, neither of them informed me that if I went to any other dealership other than the one I purchased my vehicle at that I would then be charged for an oil change and tire rotation. Instead, palmdale Honda told me that I could go to any other dealership and Loma Linda Honda said nothing about there being a charge when they handed me paperwork to sign. And because it was included in my warranty and I have never been charged up to that point, but always had to sign I didn’t even think of that. This is the third Honda that I have purchased, not leaving one that I bought for my daughter. However, I will not purchase another! This type of thing is becoming way too common. And I as a consumer am fed up. There is no “ The customer is priority” anymore!
